<h3>1. Introduction</h3><p>These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Segbytes Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("Segbytes", "we", "us"), a company registered in South Africa. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.</p><h3>2. Services</h3><p>Segbytes provides web hosting, application hosting, domain registration, email security, software platforms, and IT services as described on our website and in individual service agreements.</p><h3>3. Account Responsibilities</h3><p>You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate billing and contact information.</p><h3>4. Payment Terms</h3><p>Services are billed in South African Rand (ZAR). Payment is due upon invoice generation. Overdue accounts may be suspended after 7 days and terminated after 30 days.</p><h3>5. Acceptable Use</h3><p>You may not use our services for illegal activities, spam, malware distribution, copyright infringement, or any activity that degrades service for other customers.</p><h3>6. Service Level Agreement</h3><p>Production hosting services carry a 99.9% uptime SLA. Credits are issued for verified downtime exceeding this threshold in any calendar month.</p><h3>7. Data Protection</h3><p>We process personal data in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and our Privacy Policy. Data is stored in South African data centres where possible.</p><h3>8. Limitation of Liability</h3><p>Segbytes liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.</p><h3>9. Termination</h3><p>Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of acceptable use policy or non-payment.</p><h3>10. Governing Law</h3><p>These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the North West Province.</p>
