After 14 days, refunds are prorated at our discretion.</p><h3>Domain Registrations</h3><p>Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable once processed, as these are committed to the registry immediately.</p><h3>Custom Services</h3><p>Project-based services (development, consulting, procurement) are billed per milestone. Completed milestones are non-refundable.</p><h3>How to Request a Refund</h3><p>Submit a refund request via the Billing & Accounts department in our contact form within the applicable timeframe. Include your invoice number and reason for the request.</p>
